Shipping
To make sure you receive your order in time and with the utmost quality, we start to work on your order within 1 business hour of receiving your order request. We target to deliver your order to you within the committed timeframe as shown to you during the checkout process.
Most orders received before 2 pm US Central Time, are shipped within 1-2 business days. If we receive your order after 2 pm US Central Time Monday-Friday, your order will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving it.
The price for shipping is calculated based on the total order value and is shown on the checkout page before you place an order.
At the time of check-out you may also be offered an option to purchase expedited shipping or other shipping types, should you need your items sooner, please feel free to opt for that paid option.
We do run promotions for varied shipping fees or discounts, from time to time, check our Coupons section for the latest shipping offers.
Subscriptions
Regular shipping (3-8 business days delivery time) is offered free for all subscribers in all 50 states of the US (including Alaska, Hawaii & District of Columbia) and PO / APO / FPO locations.
International Shipping
Custom Duties and VAT
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. We are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. And, You, as a Buyer, will be responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package.
Who Pays For Customs Fees?
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
YOU, as a buyer will be responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, associated fees, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
We cannot predict any of these fees, if any, will be applied. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on this site.
Cancellations
Crafts Boxes & Kits
If you change your mind, simply send us an email or chat with us within 1 (one) hour of placing an order and we will cancel your order and confirm with you via email. Be sure to provide us with your order details for confirmation and verification. We will also provide you with a full refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Subscriptions
If you change your mind with your subscription, we understand, things change. Reach out to us at support@thekidscraft.com before the 11th of the month to cancel next month's subscriptions, and we will cancel your subscription. Or, simply use our self-service portal to skip a box or manage your subscription.
If you prepaid for the subscription and cancel it before the period that you originally requested, we will refund you any balance and unused amount back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
